I feel this is borderline outragous, it takes 2 HOURS two charge a itsy bitsy teenie weenie gray battery, becuase they sell a fast charger for extra money, this is a skipiddy scam, while in the same time i can charge an ranger rx that overpowers the sun in 90 minutes for 250 full power flashes.
Sorry this is outragously slow, its 2010 nikon – hello, knock knock anybody home…

Absolutely NIKON original product. There’s a lot so-called original on eBay but actually OEM for half a price. I don’t mind use OEM as long as it is good. But after took a close look at the OEM one, I decided to turn back to really original one. It is bad those OEM ad as original.

3 Stars Questionable quality
I broke my original Nikon charger by dropping it about five feet onto a concrete sidewalk. No visible damage, but it would not work after that. No complaints at this point and I ordered a new one. It arrived and worked fine for a week or two. Then it began to exhibit comnnection problems. Found the contacts where the battery met the charger were weak. Finally bought a Torx screwdriver and opened the cover. The contacts were fastened to the housing with a small spot of glue that pulled away from the housing. I reglued it but was sure it will not hold. Filled the mostly empty part of the housing with foam rubber and reassembled. Works fine now with the foam rubber holding the contacts in the proper position, but you should not have to redesign a new charger.

The battery charger does what it is supposed to do! It is relatively quick and compact. If you have more than one camera bag (like me) get one for each and you will NEVER be caught out of town without it!!!

5 Stars Totally Pleased With Purchase
My son is more knowledgeable about cameras and said this is the one I needed. I read other’s reviews and decided to go for it. Rec’d camera in great cond. Easy to use and I am very pleased with the quality. This is one of the best cameras I’ve ever owned (and I love the pink)! I was a little disappointed that it takes a different size memory stick than what I already have, but not a big deal. LOVE the image stablization feature. Most of my pictures were blurry before, but not anymore! Totally love that! Also love the other features of ways to take pics – like night, snow, etc. Also, like the battery charger, just plugs in the wall – no cords. Thought the dial to switch between features might be hard to use, but really isn’t. Not real good on the smile feature, I may just need more time, but it does seem easier to just take your own pic rather than having to wait on smile detection. Haven’t had camera very long, but love it!

I really love this camera. We’ve had a Sony Handycam (mini DVD & dig camera combo) for years, but I wanted a small camera that I could easily fit into my purse (since having downsized from diaper bags – yay!!). This camera is a perfect size and takes great pictures. My 7 year old also loves using it. She wants one of her own – she’ll have to wait a while! The pink color is pretty, bright and makes it easy to spot in a dark purse. It’s very easy to use, the touch screen is wonderful and the removable rechargable batteries are great. The charger is also very small and very fast. I don’t think that anybody could or should have any dislikes or problems.

I was going to get a Canon camera at first since it’s a well-known and respected brand but decided to give Sony another try (I own a Sony camera which I like but wanted more megapixels to work with). Let me tell you this camera is well worth the price, it has a lot of nice features to it, all the pics are really clear and in bright vivid colors, tried different settings and they all seem to work just fine producing fine quality photos. I actually compared the quality of the pics to my friend’s taken with Canon camera (the one I wanted)on the same occasion – mine came out way better!!!!!!! My advice is not to overpay for the name, there are nice quality products out there that will not empty your wallet completely!
