5 Stars Kingston 4GB Compact Flash
Product works well with my camera. Pictures are good and the price was good .

3 Stars This card
Ordered this card because Kingston is usually very reliable. I initially formatted the card and after about 10 photos, received an error saying card is bad, please replace. So I took it out, formatted it again in hopes that it would be fixed. But after taking about 10 more photos the same error occurred. I give it 3 stars only because I probably just got the bad egg from the group. That does happen some times.

5 Stars Kingston 4GB cf memory card
I own 4 of these 4 GB memory cards for 2 of my trail cams. I swap the ones I’ve taken home and saved the wanted images on my computer for the ones that have new data in the cameras. They all have performed well to store images and/or video. My oldest set is about a year old and I’ve recently purchased a newer set.

5 Stars What an EXCELLENT Product

I’ve used Kingston cards in ALL my dSLR’s going back to 2002 including my older Fuji Finepix S1, S2 Pro and now my newer (Feb 2008) Nikon D300. Though I have much larger capacity cards now in the D300, The S2 pro only uses cards up to 2G so the Kingstons that I’ve used for years are STILL being used. I either use the Finepix S2 as a backup, or my young ‘un uses the camera when we go out shooting together. I have NEVER, ever had a card fail or even hiccup. Basically, the same experience I had with the Transcend Memory cards extends to these. Either I’ve been really lucky, and/or the cards are fabulous, and/or I take care to FORMAT the card in camera after each download. Maybe a combination of all three I don’t know. I do know I own four or five of the 2G Kingstons, and at least two 4Gig CF Kingstons. They are great just about fail proof.

And, in closing I would have to say that my 2 and 4G Kingstons have seen over 100,000 images through them over the course of several years. I trust them to do the job and never, ever have any qualms about popping them in the camera.

On a quick note I purchase my memory cards from various sources, not just Amazon. I shop for value, but I try to stick to the name brands of Kingston, Ridata, Transcend, and now own a couple of Lexar’s. Shop around for the best price, but many times Amazone offers the best with the free ship options when available.

3 Stars good
I mainly use a Sandisk Ultra II 4GB CF and it gives me no problems. I’ve had it longer than the Kingston.

The Kingston worked fine for a couple of months. Then it started giving me invalid parameters in Windows XP SP2.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who relies on their photos for their paycheck, but its a good bargain for casual shooting.

Perhaps my card was bad. Good luck.

Fujifilm FinePix S1500 10MP Digital Camera with 12x Wide Angle Dual Image Stabilized Optical Zoom

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Great value but lacks in service
Have purchased another Fuji camera and was quite pleased with it but was looking for an updated camera, Price was one of the factors in buying this one and the newer options. Camera works fine, is easy to hold and focus and fits well in camera case along with other cameras if this important for users. Battery life I can’t attest to as i’ve not had it long enough to test, However I am crusing in January so i’ll give it a good workout. Down side: cd unreadable and there was no memory card included to try out camera and my other memory cards were not compatable but by luck I had a card that would work. Otherwise I would have had to make a trip and find the right one, Downloading to computer did not work at first as the connection to the camera you have to push real hard to make a good connection.Beyond these two gripes I would say that this is a fine camera for the price and ease of use for the average user.As I stated before this is my second Fuji and am quite happy with there products.

5 Stars Great camera for vacations/birding
This was a replacement for my Fuji Finepix S1000 after I damaged its LCD screen beyond repair. I like this camera because it is compact and has a lot of features. I love the image stabilization and 12x optical zoom for birding.

5 Stars BEST CAMERA I EVER HAD!!
My husband bought me this camera for my birthday in August…then I only used it for about 3 weeks before a “Friend” stole it from my house!! So we purchased another one the following month.. Now I have had it for about 4 months!! I must say this is by far the BEST camera I have ever owned!! Being I worked in the Photo department before I knew what to look for in a good camera and well Fuji is a very good maker of cameras. People always think Kodak but Fuji really is one of the best!! So with this camera being 10mp, 10x’s optical zoom and Fuji those three things are what sold it to me for the deal!! I love to take pictures and the pictures this camera takes are breathtaking! It’s amazing how crystal clear the pictures are! It’s easy to learn how to use, has great options for settings right on the top, takes regular AA batteries that makes it easy to change fast and keep shooting! I would recommend this camera to anyone who loves to take many pics and scenic pictures. The zoom is wonderful!! No need to get close to get a clear image..just ZOOM! This camera is easily worth the money paid!! The only thing that I miss is that having a smaller camera before this I could fit it in my purse.. This one you cant. Its a lil bigger and you would need a camera bag. It’s not a small camera to just put in a pocket. It’s quite bigger but totally worth it if you know about camera’s and the specs you will see how this is worth it even if you can’t just shove it into your pocket!! Just use the camera strap and hang it around your neck and your ready to snap!!!

5 Stars Fantastic Camera at a fantastic price!
If you’re looking for the features of an SLR, you’re not going to like this camera. But if you’re comparing it with traditional point and shoot cameras, you’ll find that it holds it’s own.

My favorite feature is the macro modes. With this feature you can get very, very close to the object and still retain focus.

I’m not a professional photographer. I wouldn’t even say it’s a hobby of mine. But I do like to take the occasional picture. After getting this camera I found myself wandering around taking pictures of everything — up close, far away.

I have zero complaints about this camera as it has more features than I expected it to.

I wish that the camera had a removable lense that would allow me to attach different lenses. However, most point-and-shoot cameras don’t allow the lense to be changed so this isn’t truely a negative for this camera.

I also wish I could capture the images in RAW formate. The internal memory and memory card have plenty of room, but this just isn’t an option. I still don’t consider this a negative as the JPGs it produces are beautiful.

I have entered a couple amature photography contest with this camera. Of the 6 that I have entered so far, I have taken first place twice, and have come in second place 3 times. That says quite a lot about the camera when it’s pictures are holding up against high end Canon Digital SLR based cameras!

Highly recommend and would definitely buy this camera again!

5 Stars Fuji Fine Pix S1500 10MP
Haven’t had it very long and do not take a lot of pictures but this camera does a great job and I believe it will do all the things I need in a camera.

5 Stars Free
I received this free with a gift I bought. The person already had a case but I like this one for myself. It has padding to protect my camera and a side pocket that I will use for my memory card. My other case didn’t have a separate pocket, and was thin with no padding for protection. So I got a free gift for myself along with a great deal on a camera for a family member. I am a pleased customer!!

5 Stars Nice Inexpensive Case
This is a nice small camera case that came with Amazon’s Fuji FinePix J28 camera package deal over Thanksgiving. The case actually looks darker blue than what is pictured on Amazon, as one previous reviewer indicated. The construction and interior padding is good. Everyone else has mentioned all of the good points. Not much more to add other than it is a smaller type camera case. Keep in mind that the dimensions are 2.8 x 1.2 x 3.8 inches when sizing it for your camera. The additional zippered pocket is good for only a couple of memory chips or a flat lithium type battery.

3 Stars Very tiny, even for small cameras.
This case is nice in appearance, but it is a tight fit with my Fuji Finepix camera….which is a small camera. Most modern digital cameras are about the size of my Finepix, so I imagine a tight fit in general. The velcro flap closure only partly comes together as the camera sticks out slightly from the top. There is one very small pocket on this that might fit an extra battery or memory card. The case will serve its purpose however.

5 Stars Nice workmanship/material
This is a very nice generic camera case for the smaller point and shoot cameras. It’s pretty light and compact. Decent padding on all four sides. The workmanship is excellent – stitches are straight without loose threads. This is a good looking camera case. It comes with a detachable shoulder strap and a built in belt strap. The cover closes with a velcro square. There is a also a small zipper pocket that lets you store an small extra battery and/or SD card (that’s probably about it). Great case to go with my new little P&S camera (Fuji J28). (Note: The blue color is kinda darker blue than you would think from the Amazon picture.) (Two pics posted.)

5 Stars A great tiny case for your camera
Since I’ve personally drifted into the world of digital SLRs, I’ve forgotten what it’s like to review compact point/shoot cameras. And in that time, I’ve forgotten how good Case Logic products are. Sure, they lack the beauty of some cases, but they just work and work well.

I bought this as part of a bundle to house a Fuji Finepix J28 as a gift for a relative, and it fits in just fine. The front zipper can hold an extra SD card or an extra battery for the camera if you don’t mind a tight squeeze.

Overall, it’s a $10 bag that works very well without the fanfare of more expensive cases.
